The Art of Manifestation…..

May 29, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

Is something we do habitually every minute of every day. Are you manifesting what you want or what you don’t want? The Art of Manifestation….. is something we do habitually every minute of every day.

Are you manifesting what you want or what you don’t want?

In NLP there is a saying ‘Say it as You Want it”. I love that saying because so many times through every day I am hearing people saying what they don’t want and wondering why they keep getting what they don’t want.

There is an art to Manifestation and I believe it has to do with your every thought and your language. Thoughts are powerful. They bring you what you were thinking.

Every day we manifest something. You have been manifesting ever since you were born. The problem is many of us manifest what we don’t want. So it’s time to change the way we think to manifest ONLY what we want. So come and learn from the Master Trainers.

Have you been trying to use the Law of Attraction to Manifest all your wants and desires but still seem to be coming up short?

Have you watched the movie The Secret? Are you writing out affirmations, reading books, watching youtube videos, and meditating trying to Attract what you want but you are still left feeling frustrated and confused as to why it’s not showing up in your life?

Do you feel like you are doing EVERYTHING right and yet nothing is really changing that much? Well I understand and you are not alone.. But I have excellent news for you.. It does work.. The Law of Attraction is REAL.. And  Quantum Physics is backing this up..

I can help!     Here is the FREE link… https://theartofmanifestinglive.com/LyndaDyer

I have been asked to join a Global Manifestation Summit with Bob Proctor and 18 other very well known and influential people from around the globe. It’s not too late for you to join this summit. I will be speaking on Tuesday USA time and Wednesday in Australia. The information could change the way you manifest things into your life.

Join me for The Art of Manifesting Summit: Secrets Behind Deliberately Manifesting Anything You Want. It’s like the Law of Attraction on Steroids! A complimentary online series designed to guide you back to your powerful authentic self, so you can consciously craft the life and business of your dreams.

A Standard of Excellence

May 2, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

I was asked on the weekend, while teaching NLP “Why do you go to the Book Awards every year”? I immediately said “because that is my benchmark for excellence in every book I write”. It’s not just about writing a book. It’s about writing a book that the world likes and can use as a resource for their own personal growth, personal development and general information.

According to Wikipedia ‘Excellence is a talent or quality which is unusually good and so surpasses ordinary standards. It is also used as a standard of performance’. John Kanary, who worked with Bob Proctor, stated that ‘Excellence is a commitment to completion’. So once you DECIDE what you want, then ACT on it every day, BELIEVING you can BE, DO or HAVE it, then you will EXPECT it to come to you thus you have excellence.

It’s important to mention here that I missed out on going to University originally by two marks in my English exams. In my mind though, I was always going to University. So I worked four jobs for four years and put myself through University. Then it was the Universities that employed me to teach others.

And now I write books. So how can a person who cannot grasp the art of English be writing books? You see, excellence is not perfection. It is not tormenting yourself until its perfect. It is merely getting things done with an attitude of gratitude and belief (faith) that it will succeed. It’s also about outsourcing what you are not totally good at yet and having others assist you. Everyone wins.

I think it important to state here that you would never have been given that idea or thought in the first place if the universe didn’t think you were capable of achieving it. So doing it in an excellent way is not thinking about the shortcomings, only of the possibilities. It is therefore necessary to be grateful for all the ideas that come to us because they have contributed to who we are and what we have achieved.

Wallace D Wattles wrote about this in 1903, YES 1903. He said “You must use your faith and purpose to positively impress your vision upon the universal energy. This vision, received from you, sets all the creative forces at work in and through their regular channels of action, but directed toward you”. Does that remind you of The ‘Law of Attraction’? If you think you are going to act on your idea in an excellent way, with faith and gratitude, then more will come to you to achieve it.

I believe I used this principal in curing myself of Lupus. I got a picture of when I was really well, playing tennis. I put that picture all over my house and every time I saw that picture I said to myself “what can I do to get back to that level of wellness”? I would take all the necessary actions to achieve that result every day. I will always be grateful for that disease because it taught me so much, including what not to do. And I always knew I could get well again and have the excellent health I have today. Unwavering faith that I would get well again with an attitude of gratitude for everything in my life, massive action toward my purpose and an expectation of the result gave me my excellent results.

I write my books with the same methodology. I look at when the Book Awards are going to be on and I begin my research for my next book, contact all the people I need to make the book happen and now I am on track. You don’t have to do it on your own. The important thing here is that when you DECIDE to do what it is you want to do, the Universe sends everyone to you to make it happen.

What could you do today that could change your results?

Remembering Mum

May 2, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

Today is the anniversary Jean

Of you’re passing away

I just wanted now to share my thoughts

And send more love your way

I was walking with my dog this morning

Remembering you

You radiated so much love

To everyone you knew

The love you had for Chelsea Vic

Left such a great example

Not just for family but for friends

Your love was more than ample

The hugs, the smile on your face

We’ll all miss every day

The food you cooked and lunches made

Just in your own special way

How many kids had sandwiches

With date and apple too

Or grated carrot and peanut butter

Every day we’d find a new

You then became career advisor

As we all grew up

Placing seven young Australians

In jobs was quite the task

Then 21sts and weddings came

You danced all night with dad

You looked so wonderful together

He still misses you like mad

The grandkids came one by one

They had such a wonderful nan

They all loved you so very much

Now thoughts of you so grand

You had a wonderful purpose Mum

I realised today

To radiate that love of yours

In each and every way

It suddenly occurred to me

That my purpose on this planet

Is also to radiate love

Through Universal Spirit

So I just wanted you to know

You were the best of teachers

Cause I am doing one great job

And I know your with me in it

I look out through my window

Every single night

I pick the brightest star above

And to you I say goodnight

I miss you mum with all my heart

I’m so grateful that you chose me

To be a blessed child of yours

So trained and yet so free

I miss the travel that we did

With you and dad together

I miss the chats along the way

I miss the friendship and the laughter

I just want you to know dear mum

That all your kids you see

Are such a great example of you

You left such a legacy

Your eldest son in Canberra

A consultant to the Uni’s

Surrounded by the ones he loves

And supporting Dad and others

Your eldest daughter moving on

But always so creative

She’d love to travel in her van

Right around Australia

Then there is me, the author and speaker

Doing what I love to do

Teaching others to love themselves

Through lectures and poetry too

You’d be so proud of Bronwyn Mum

She has found her independence

Looking great after losing weight

She’s happy and contented

Then Builder Bob will always work

Creating others dream homes

What a gift he has for that

And he’s in it for a long haul

Ali, Jim and their gorgeous girls

Still living in the country

The B&B their new found love

For others to reside there

Your youngest son has a Master plan

To leave a legacy on this planet

An environmental project

And its about to be launched

So you feel proud our gorgeous Jean

Your children do you Proud

With Dad’s love and support all the way

We are so blessed that you are ours

I’m looking forward to the stories

That you and I create together

To lift the spirits of some folk

And leave them with some laughter

For I remember happy times

In my “growing up” with you

And now its time to tell the world

How I remember you

I’ll always be grateful

Boosting Your Immune System this Autumn

April 4, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

Besides changing out thought processes, how else can we boost our immune system for Autumn? Just Like the ‘Law Of Rhythm’, we have seasons that change. Our body likes to have a variety of foods and supplements that assist it to travel smoothly through those seasons. So now we are coming into Autumn here in Australia

According to Terrie Beresford from New Age Naturopathics, “Autumn is a time of nurturing, building and supporting your organs for the cold change ahead”. “In traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn affects the lungs, skin and large intestines. It also affects our nasal passages leading to an increase in sinus, allergy and congestion ailments”. Traditional Chinese medicine tells us that the condition of our skin reflects the condition of our lungs.

The predominant emotion for Autumn is Grief and Sadness so a great time to get those emotions cleared as they also sit in the chest area, and will affect your immune system and create inflammation in the body, hence the difficulty for some people in clearing their chest health problem.

We also need to pay attention to dehydration as the air tends to be dryer. Our skin and our gut can be affected by this dryness bringing some wrinkles, dandruff, itchiness, dry cough and constipation for some. I notice it in the back of my heels, and the need to pay attention to night moisturising on my face and lips.

So How Can We Build Our Immune System to Cope With the Change?

We may be better to turn those summer salads into soups and casseroles. I’ve actually been making hot vegetable salads and they are yummy. Even my Dad and his friend loved them when I made one last weekend. Terrie says it’s also “great to eat the foods that are in season for this time of the year including apples, pears, sweet potato, beetroot and pumpkin, zucchini and carrots, figs, spelt and sour dough bread, brown rice and sustainably caught seafood. Soups are excellent as are leeks, yoghurt, lemons and limes, ginger, grapefruit, cabbage and fresh nuts”.

To help alleviate the dryness we may like to increase the amount of good oils into our diet for both our skin, intestines and lungs.

So What Herbs and Nutritionals may be Important for Autumn?

I love these Nutritionals in Autumn to assist my body through the change

  • A good Antioxidant with Bioflavonoids, Vitamin C, Green Tea, Tumeric, Evening Primrose Oil, Grape Seed Extract, Vitamin E just to name a few, to remove the heat and toxins left over from our summer of indulgence.
  • A Krill oil for the bowel, brain, lungs, joints and skin
  • Zinc for the skin and the chest and to avoid colds and flue symptoms.
  • Echinacea with Rosemary, Ginseng, Thyme, Hawthorn and herbs that allow the Echinacea to do its job for Immune Health. This can be taken in large doses over a small number of days to relieve cold symptoms and to act as a natural flue shot. I do the 3 tablets by 3 times daily over 3 days. I have not had a cold in 20 years or more. This is like a medicine jar in the cupboard to nip things in the bud.
  • Minerals with Magnesium, especially to offset stress and to keep muscles strong and active.
  • CoQ10 is normally used for Heart Health, however there have been some studies showing that it is very effective for skin health over a few months.
  • Green Wholefoods Mix including Spirulina, Parsley, Kale, Green Tea Leaf, Wheat Grass, Barley Grass, Papaya, just to name a few. I take this amazing Mix every morning in 300mils of water with 20 mils of liquid minerals….great start to my day and my system.
  • Probiotic is fabulous to keep the good bacteria well and active. Most illness stem from Gut Health so a good Probiotic is essential to keep the gut healthy.

Of course eating a well balanced diet is essential, however sometimes with our busy lives and schedule we may need to supplement to keep us ‘on track’ and to cope with both autumn and winter. I love my supplements above and my immune system stays healthy and vibrant to cope with any change that comes my way. Your Thoughts Affect Your Immune System and Your Longevity….. New Research

April 3, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

In writing my 9th book ‘Age is an Attitude’, I have come across some incredible research on how thoughts affect our Aging Process. Yes you heard it correct. And of course it resonates with all my beliefs so I am super interested. Dr Mario Martinez is a clinical neuropsychologist who developed Biocognitive Science based on research that demonstrates how thoughts and their biological expression, merge with our cultural history. He believes that culture trains our brain.

Dr Martinez travelled the world interviewing over 400 older adults over 100 who are WELL. He asked them their secrets. Most of these people had not been to a doctor in 50 to 70 years. Rather than their cultural perceptions affecting the way they think or what they do, they decided to think and believe differently to create their own wellness lifestyle. They are not influenced by what they inherited or the societal pressures. They are in control of their life.

Dr Mario believes that genetics accounts for only 20% so we can’t keep blaming our ancestors for the way we have turned out. Our environment, which is culturally driven is 80% and if we focus on these outside influences then we are being culturally driven and not thinking for ourselves.

So what are just three keys to longevity that he found:

  1. It had nothing to do with the region they lived in or their nutrition……go figure!!!!
  2. Healthy longevity can be learnt at any age. I just read about a 90 year old lady, Heather Lee, who decided to start walking at 85years of age to honour her husband who had passed away. She is now 90 and breaking records and raising money for cancer.
  3. It’s the way we think that affects us the most, both in a positive and negative way. We have much more control over our lives than what we are told. The causes of health and illness are learnt.
Your thoughts affect your immune system. The immune system has been constantly developing. It is more powerful today than ever before. There were no ‘T’ cells. It is constantly learning and developing. We inherit what makes us well and healthy, and unwell, including our cultural beliefs.

Many diseases are based around the belief of disempowerment or in-assertiveness and fear. I can vouch for this having had an immune disorder.

Without realising what they are doing, the family, and often friends quite often foster the illness by teaching fear, helplessness and subservience. We therefore teach ourselves to get sick and stay sick. We should never blame ourselves because we don’t do this consciously.

I really get this because my husband loved ‘taking care’ of me when I was unwell with my immune disorder and my mother wanted me to move closer to her so she could ‘look after’ me. The Hospital was continually giving me evidence of my illness to keep me coming back. It dawned on me one day that I was being swallowed up in other people’s need to be wanted. So I changed the way I was thinking and I got well.

If we can trigger the causes of illness, we can also trigger the causes of wellness. I did and you can too. But you must decide to change the way you are presently thinking because your beliefs are running your immune system. New positive beliefs will change your immune system.

You will catch more of this information in my new book ‘Age is an Attitude’ coming out later this year.

Kick Start Your Immune System for 2017 ….

January 28, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

A Seminar for you in Adelaide on February 13

With all the new research coming to the forefront we have so many more options to assist us to kick start our immune system for 2017. Without a healthy immune system you have nothing to fight the everyday free radical damage so it’s absolutely worth understanding and assisting your immune system to get into shape.

So how do we do this? We already know of the need for healthy fats, exercise, good nutrition etc so I won’t bore you with those. However what we have noticed from the research presented last year is that up to 80% of the population are unable to digest the ‘B Vitamins.

There are three things then to look at here.
Firstly, the inclusion and supplementation of vitamin b’s into your daily regime. Vitamin B’s play a key role in cellular health, and energy. Vitamin B12 is particularly useful for regulating the nervous system and building red blood cells. A deficiency can lead to irritability, confusion to depression. Vitamin B6 is particularly useful in turning the food that you eat into energy. Vitamin B3 is great for your digestive tract and so on. So if you are not eating the rights amount of dark green vegetables, fish, eggs and some red meats OR you are one of the 80% of the population that finds it not so totally easy to absorb Vitamin B, then you may find supplementation can assist.

Secondly, working on your gut flora and absorbability for future benefits. Everything stems from the gut so keeping the gut healthy may kick start your whole health regime for 2017. Probiotics, fibre, green juices all assist this process. It’s well worth talking to your health consultant about.

Thirdly, working on your mindset for 2017. What are you thinking? What are you holding on to? Negative emotions and thoughts are ACID producing so becoming Alkaline becomes a challenge. ACID creates disease so LETTING GO could be your best activity in 2017.

If you want to know more I am speaking in Adelaide on Monday 13th February on this exact topic.

The Benefits of Failure by JK Rowling

January 28, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

We quite often say “There is no failure, only winning and Learning”. My friend and colleague Helen Kerrison from ‘A New Way of Being’ in the UK sent this incredible article on The Benefits of Failing. It caught my eye because of the word ‘Failing’ and because it was from JK Rowling who many of us would not have associated the term of ‘failure’ to.

“I had failed on an epic scale. An exceptionally short lived marriage had imploded and I was jobless, a lone parent and as poor as possible without being homeless. The fears my parents had for me and that I had for myself, had both come to pass! And by every usual standard, I was the biggest failure I knew” These are the words of JK Rowling.

She goes on to say that at that moment she had a breakthrough because she ‘stopped pretending’ and basically owned who she was being at that time, riddled with fear and fear of failure. It’s at that point we have a choice to continue down that fearful path or not.

How many of you have felt like you have been or are in a similar place? I respect where she was at, and I am so glad I chose a different path. The neural networks set up by our inheritance, language, schooling, peer groups can absolutely be changed. New neural pathways can be built for you to follow anytime you wish.

Dr Srini Pillay, a brain research scientist calls this ‘The Power of Unfocus’. Sometimes we focus on what we don’t want and we get more of it. Imagine surrendering to the realisation that there are other possibilities and allowing those possibilities to come to you by ‘unfocusing’? I love this. He also adds that we begin to pick up fear from a seven month old baby so having options to unfocus from fear would be great. You can check out his full show on the recent Living Consciously TV Show link below.

It’s like the ‘Inductive Thinker’ (only looking inside the box) or the ‘Deductive Thinker’ who looks for choices outside the box. It only takes one time to experience this option for you to give it another go. I would not be well today if I had not made that choice.

So if fear is holding you back in this beautiful new year of beginnings, come and see how easily it may be to let it go and for you to Be, Do and Have whatever it is your heart desires. Contact me at lynda@mindpowerglobal.com.au for more information.

Writing Your Book Using a Workable Plan

January 28, 2017 by Lynda Dyer Leave a Comment

The ABNLP recently asked me to do a webinar on Writing Your Book Using NLP. As an author of eight books and presently writing my ninth book on ‘Age is an Attitude’, I thought I would share the plans that I use now that I created from experience.

WHY Write a Book? I believe that we all have so many experiences along the way and gather so much incredible wisdom. Writing a book allows us to share that wisdom and experience, whilst we educate and offer insights to so many more people.

Why Write a Book Using NLP Skills? When we address the way people represent the world and their Learning Styles, we get so much more understanding of the written material.

What is the Process I Take When Writing a Book?

  1. The first thing I do is think of the subject that I want to write about. You do NOT have to have a title yet. Both the Graphic Designer and Publisher can help you with Titles that Sell.
  2. The second thing I do is give myself a time for completion. What helps me is to ask my publisher when she requires the book so she can publish it globally and I can be at the book awards at the end of the year. That may sound egotistical to some, and it is the driving force behind me completing the book and at a standard that gains a Best Seller Status.
  3. Then I write up a rough copy of the Contents Page. I often use the Learning Styles of People to Design this. Eg Why this subject, What is the research to date, How can I demonstrate how you may achieve this, and What If I could offer Testimonials, Guarantees, or other options for you to consider? Sometimes I put three chapters under each of these headings like I did in my “Life After Lupus…Healing Your Immune System” book.
  4. Then I notify my editor/editors, graphic designer, printer, publisher of my plan. Now we have a team to assist the smooth running of the process. This is great because now you are accountable and responsible for feeding work to these people on certain dates which keeps you motivated. They are brilliant is inspiring you to continue or change something or both. You do NOT have to write the book on your own.
  5. Then I begin to research the areas of the book to give more up to date information.
  6. This may lead to outsourcing a couple of other professionals that can add to your ‘What’ section with their expertise. I have done this in my last two books. You may also find other people that can offer a testimonial at the back of your book. The ‘What if’ Learners love this as it verifies that others have achieved similar results. These ‘other’ experts also are given a timeline that you must stick to.
  7. Keep my eye on the goal/outcome. Every month I ask myself ‘What is Working’, and What is Not Working’. I then re-tweek the action to keep things going on schedule.

Get Your Kids and Yourself Switched on for 2017

January 6, 2017 by Lynda Dyer 1 Comment

Teach them how to imagine and think ‘outside the square’.

In my latest International Best Selling Book ‘Create Confident Kids’ Michelle Tremolada and I write about the importance of ‘IMAGINATION’. Here is a snipet of what we said.

According to Einstein “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”

According to Joe Dispenza, “the frontal lobe of our brain is where our imagination and ability to invent are located”. He goes on to say “It allows us to take what we already have experienced and know and employ all those old circuits of memory as building blocks to speculate about new outcomes”.

The great thing about the frontal lobe is that it also has the ability to tune out the old critical voices inside of you that tell you you cannot do that. I absolutely had to use my frontal lobe to not only create this book but to offer it in this way with a letter of the alphabet for each chapter. When I got the idea, I just imagined that it would work because of the relationship between kids and the alphabet. Then I just created the topics to suit the letters of the alphabet. While I am doing this my new circuits that I am creating in my neural network are firing and the old ones, that may have told me that I can’t, are not being listened to.

Joe goes on to say that “Nerve cells that fire together, wire together”. Repetition keeps them as the new circuit. “Once they are activated as a new set of circuits and are activated, we are producing mind”. “We have infinite levels of mind that the brain can produce on command”.

A friend of mind, Michelle Tremolada, wrote this in her book to parents about working with children in developing their imagination.

“The Mind

The Dictionary says The Mind is: the element, part, substance, or process that reasons, thinks, feels, wills, perceives, and judges.

By this definition we can see that our mind is not just our brain but more of a culmination of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Yet our thoughts are something we regularly use but rarely put to focused use. We have all dreamt about a desired outcome or congaed up a wild story in our minds when we are in fear of the unknown. We have allowed our minds to run away with thoughts of negativity and yet if we harnessed our thoughts and focused them on the very thing that we desire, with emotion and intent, it is amazing what we can achieve.

I love these three quotes:

  • Whatever your mind can conceive and can believe, it can achieve. ~ Napoleon Hill
  • Whatever we think about and thank about we bring about. ~ John Demartini
  • Whether you think you can or can’t either way you are right. ~ Henry Ford

I am going to talk about the premise that our minds do not know the difference between reality and make believe.  You see, when the mind concentrates fully enough on a thought, the body automatically acts as if that idea is true. Let’s take a look at this concept.

Have you ever experienced a dream that felt so real you were sure you lived it? Have you ever thought about something that is not actually happening in your life but you thought about it with so much passion that it feels REAL for you?

Let’s take a quick test…let’s imagine there is a freshly cut lemon slice in your hand. See the way the light glints off the lemon slice and notice the colour. Pretend you can feel the weight of it in your hand – and feel the texture of the bumpy, waxy skin. Now squeeze the lemon a little and let the juice run out of your fingers. You can smell the citrus, slightly sour smell of the lemon as you squeeze the lemon slice. Listen to the sound and feel the juice on your fingers. Now bring the lemon up closer to your mouth, tilt your head back a little and take a big, juicy bite out of it…notice the acid and sourness of the lemon, notice the strange aftertaste it has once you have swallowed. Perhaps you even felt a raspy feeling in your throat as the lemon juice went down.  By now, most people will notice they are salivating more.  This is happening because the mind is experiencing this lemon juice and yet it is not really happening.  This is what we mean we say our mind does not know what is reality and what is not.

Just as our minds can imagine a lemon we can also use our imagination to help create healthier bodies and more positive outcomes in our lives.

We all know that children have a natural ability to use their imagination. They use their imaginations at kindergarten, school and at home when they play.

By teaching them how to actively apply their imaginations they can use this very powerful fun tool to help themselves in other areas too, such as health”.

I remember my son had an amazing imagination. Whilst it may be fostered by some, it may not be appreciated by all. One day I was at his school and I asked his teacher how he was going. His teacher said “The problem with your son Mrs Dyer is that he has a vivid imagination and he thinks outside the square”. I remember saying “that is a problem? Can you give me an example.” The teacher said “Yes, the other day I asked the class how many months of the year have 28 days in them?” The whole class said “February”. Your son said, after time to think it through “every month has 28 days in it sir”. “He was just trying to be smart”. Said the teacher. I said “He was absolutely correct though, every month does have 28 days in it”. I walked over to my son and said “why don’t we go and find a school that appreciates your imagination and thinking outside the square?”

Let’s embrace imagination with children for they are the future of all there is and ever will be.

Later in the book, and in the NEXT Newsletter, in the Visualisation chapter, Michelle and I will give you some steps so you can work with your children on creating positive minds and healthier bodies.

Living Your Dream in 2017

January 6, 2017 by Lynda Dyer 1 Comment

Happy New You.

2017 numerologically is a ‘one’ year or a year of beginnings. While many people thought last year was challenging, I actually had a brilliant year. Whether or not it was good or not so totally good is in the past now. We have a chance to start fresh right now. So Happy New You is the key to starting fresh. The year is going to present its trials and tribulations and its wonder and joy and your perception will judge it according to your past experiences. If the year is just going to happen anyway, then wouldn’t it be great to just focus on YOU NOW. This will allow you to:

  • Face everything that presents in a more confident manner.
  • Send out positive energy so all those people around you get your vibe.
  • Allow you to get into flow with what presents rather than experiencing large ups and downs.

When I look at the last year I see such a similar pattern of behaviour in human behaviour, the weather and the world. Again in 2017 there is a great deal of change happening, in fact some people would call it a turbulence. Look at the changes in weather patterns, global financial crisis situations, terror attacks in various least expected places. And look at the solidarity that comes from the mass in response to those attacks. Now look more closely to what’s going on in your own life and of those around you. While this turbulence can be deemed as frightening by some, it’s also a great time to embrace the opportunities that come from these changes.

The way I see it you have two choices right now in January 2017

  1. You focus on all the negative that is going on and use those circumstances to stop yourself from moving forward
  2. You say ‘Next” and only create circumstances to follow your dreams because you are still here and you were put here for a reason. Step into your power and go 4 it.

Bob Proctor would call it “A Terror Barrier Time” where you go forward and break through the Barrier or go back to safety of what is comfortable and digress, rationing lies (rationalising) why you don’t have to move forward. Maslow would say “you can step forward into the growth or back into safety”. Peter Drucker says “while a time of turbulence is a dangerous time, its greatest danger is a temptation to deny reality”.

Like Drucker, I believe “a time of turbulence is also one of great opportunity for those who can understand, accept and exploit the new realities”. It’s a time of excitement for greater opportunities to present themselves. If we are scared of this turbulence then we are unlikely to take any of the opportunities presented to us. I am truly excited to see what is on the other side of the chaos and step into it to make great change both in myself, in my business and in others.

Understanding this chaotic turbulence will allow you to step through it also and look for the NEW possibilities. There will be a choice that you have to make at some level. You can stabilise at a less functional state taking you, your health and your business downward, OR you can reorganise at a higher functioning, more coherent state as a part of an upward spiral. This is called “A State of Confusion” by Ilya Prigogine or “Prigogines Postulation called the Bifurcation Point. (Prigogine won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1977). The bifurcation point is the exact point where we decide to change or not. Because we are energy, we move in one direction or another. Staying the same usually means we are digressing as nothing stays the same.

Your success in this time will be what decisions you make moving forward and how quickly you’re able to shift your thinking and your strategies to suit the changes that are occurring. This can be a scary and very exciting time which is the essence of any new goal.

I am passionate in assisting people to make great positive change in their world. If you would like assistance to get through this interestingly scary and exciting time I would love to help. Email Lynda at lynda@mindpowerglobal.com.au and let’s talk.
